Cerritos College Track & Field (2012): Tied the school record with a toss of 42.27 meters to win the state championship in the javelin… Is just the second Falcon to win the state javelin championship, along with Erika Spence in 1994… Placed second in the Southern California Championships after winning the South Coast Conference title in the javelin… Also came in seventh place in the heptathlon at the Southern California Championships with 4073 points, which are the fourth most points in school history… Competed in the 200 meters (27.96), 800 meters (2:30.44), 100-meter HH (17.59), high jump (1.49 meters), long jump (4.96 meters) and shot put (10.30 meters)…..

Central Union HS:
High school is located in El Centro, CA… Won the Ivy League championship in the triple jump (32’ ½”) and ran a leg of the 4x100-meter relay team… Also finished second in the long jump (16’) and fourth in the 100 meters… Advanced to the CIF Prelims in multiple events… Was also a cheerleader…..

Personal:
Most memorable moment was winning the league championship in the triple jump and as a member of the 4x10-meter relay team… Would like to transfer to either New York University or San Diego State University… Aspires to be a coach at the college level… Hobbies include dancing… Has one sibling – Junior (22)… Is the daughter of Cesar and Alexa Garcia… Born in Los Angeles, CA on July 9, 1993…..
